該專項依托杭州科創(chuàng)中心生物與分子智造平臺實施。平臺聚焦合成生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域的關(guān)鍵科學(xué)和技術(shù)問題,以合成生物學(xué)自動化科學(xué)裝置為依托,結(jié)合機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)等手段,實現(xiàn)生物技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)的深度融合,推動合成生物學(xué)顛覆性應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新。平臺瞄準(zhǔn)國家重大戰(zhàn)略需求,依托長三角區(qū)域領(lǐng)先的產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢、浙江大學(xué)雄厚的科研實力和科創(chuàng)中心的創(chuàng)新體制機(jī)制,打造國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先、國際先進(jìn)的前沿技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研發(fā)平臺,推動產(chǎn)學(xué)研深度融合發(fā)展。平臺由浙江大學(xué)化學(xué)工程與生物工程學(xué)院牽頭建設(shè),計算機(jī)學(xué)院、生命科學(xué)研究院、醫(yī)學(xué)院、生命科學(xué)學(xué)院、藥學(xué)院、農(nóng)學(xué)院等共同參與。平臺聘請浙江大學(xué)楊立榮教授擔(dān)任首席科學(xué)家,領(lǐng)銜開展合成生物學(xué)相關(guān)方向的科學(xué)研究。
一、重點(diǎn)引進(jìn)方向
合成生物學(xué)專項人才戰(zhàn)略布局將圍繞生物制造、生命健康、農(nóng)業(yè)食品和環(huán)境安全等應(yīng)用方向,聚焦生物自動化技術(shù)、生物與信息交叉融合技術(shù)(btit)、生物系統(tǒng)設(shè)計等使能技術(shù)領(lǐng)域,誠邀從事使能技術(shù)領(lǐng)域和應(yīng)用方向研究的全球優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者加盟。有以下研究經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先:
1、技術(shù)領(lǐng)域
①生物自動化技術(shù):biofoundry、細(xì)胞創(chuàng)建全流程自動化、高等細(xì)胞自動化培養(yǎng)、高通量篩選與微流體技術(shù);②btit融合:計算機(jī)輔助生物系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、生物信息技術(shù)、ai/機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、dna存儲;③生物系統(tǒng)設(shè)計:基因編輯和組裝技術(shù)、蛋白質(zhì)與分子機(jī)器、途徑/線路工程、宿主與群落工程。
2、應(yīng)用方向
①生物制造:人工細(xì)胞工廠、可再生資源利用、化合物的生物合成;②生命健康:應(yīng)急疫苗、智能細(xì)胞、免疫治療;③農(nóng)業(yè)食品:精準(zhǔn)分子育種、綠色農(nóng)藥合成、人造食品;④環(huán)境安全:污染物生物修復(fù)、生物安全防恐、痕量生物檢測。
二、申報條件
1、具有遠(yuǎn)大學(xué)術(shù)志向、創(chuàng)新精神、較強(qiáng)科研能力和社會責(zé)任感;
2、年齡原則上不超過35周歲,特別優(yōu)秀者年齡可適當(dāng)放寬;
3、在國內(nèi)外頂尖高?;蛑芯繖C(jī)構(gòu)獲得博士學(xué)位;
4、在合成生物學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域具有良好的學(xué)科背景、研究積累以及創(chuàng)新研究思路,有堅實的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和較深的學(xué)術(shù)造詣;
5、具備作為獨(dú)立pi開展研究工作的能力;
6、有合成生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域院士或國際知名專家推薦的,優(yōu)先考慮。
三、待遇及保障條件

-recruiting researchers in synthetic biology
zju-hangzhou global scientific and technological innovation center (hic) is a world-class and future-oriented r&d center, jointly established by zhejiang university and hangzhou government. hic’s mission is to build an open and integrated international innovation hub that integrates material sciences, information sciences, and life sciences in the yangtze river delta region. to build a world-class research team, the hic has launched a new recruitment program named "young talents plan”.
"young talents plan - synthetic biology” program invites applications for principle investigator (pi) positions in the biological and molecular intelligent manufacturing institute. the institute is building a fully automated intelligent biomanufacturing facility (biofoundry) and aims to tackle fundamental and technological challenges in synthetic biology by integrating biotechnology and information technology. supported by the abundant industry resources in the yangtze river delta region and the r&d capabilities of zhejiang university, the institute aims to become a world-class innovation platform and ecosystem.
1. research areas
the institute aims to develop enabling technologies for synthetic biology (i.e. laboratory automation, bt/it, and biosystems design) to address grand challenges in biomanufacturing, medicine, agriculture, food, environment, and biosecurity). applicants with the following research skills and experience will be considered in priority.
1) enabling technologies for synthetic biology
lab automation: biofoundry, automated cultivation of mammalian cells, high throughout and microfluidic technology.
bt/it(integration of biotechnology and information technology): computer-aided biosystems design, bioinformatics, ai/machine learning, and dna storage.
biosystems design: gene editing and assembly technologies, protein and biomolecular machine engineering, genetic circuit and pathway engineering, chassis and consortia engineering.
2) disruptive applications of synthetic biology
biomanufacturing: e.g. microbial cell factories, utilization of renewable resources, and biosynthesis of value-added compounds.
medicine: e.g. emergency vaccines, programmable cells, cell therapy, and immunotherapy.
food and agriculture: e.g. precise molecular breeding, green pesticide biosynthesis, and artificial food.
environment and biosecurity: bioremediation, biosecurity, and trace bioassay.
2. qualifications
1) strong research background, strong motivation in academic/technological career.
2) less than 35 years old, which can be appropriately relaxed for particularly outstanding applicants.
3) ph.d. degree awarded by a well-known university or research institute.
4) strong academic background and research experience in the field of synthetic biology.
5) ability to conduct research independently as pi.
6) reference letters. applicants recommended by academicians or internationally renowned experts in the field of synthetic biology will be considered in priority.
3. offer packages
1) competitive salary, discussed individually;
2) housing benefits;
3) besides the funding support from the central and local government, the institute will additionally provide start-up research funding with a minimum of 3-5 million rmb for 3 years (renewable with good performance);
