Requirements

· Applicants should be scholars with outstanding achievements and extensive academic recognition by international peers, such as laureates of the Nobel Prize, winners of the Turing Award, Fields Medal or other international awards, academicians of the Academy of Sciences or the Academy of Engineering of developed countries, and other international top scholars.

Remuneration and Benefits

02求是特聘學者 Qiushi Distinguished Scholar 

任職要求

崗位包括求是特聘教授崗、求是特聘教學崗、求是特聘醫(yī)師崗、求是特聘實踐崗、求是特聘智庫崗等。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)擔任高水平大學教授及相當職務(wù)(其中求是特聘醫(yī)師崗人選原則上應(yīng)具有教授和主任醫(yī)師職務(wù));在同行中具有廣泛影響力,能夠帶領(lǐng)本學科引領(lǐng)或趕超國際先進水平;具有較強的團隊精神和相應(yīng)的組織、管理能力;申請當年1月1日未滿55周歲,其中求是特聘教學崗、求是特聘智庫崗及人文社會科學領(lǐng)域引進人才未滿59周歲。

Requirements

· Positions include Qiushi Distinguished Professor, Qiushi Distinguished Professor for Teaching, Qiushi Distinguished Clinician, Qiushi Distinguished Engineer, Qiushi Distinguished Scholar for Think Tank, etc. Applicants with full professorship (or an equivalent title) in a prominent university (Qiushi Distinguished Clinician requires both professor and chief physician in principle); with recognized academic achievements in his/her field of study and capability of leading the discipline to catch up or maintain the international advanced level, and with excellent organizational leadership ability.

長聘教授/長聘副教授主要面向海內(nèi)外高水平大學的長聘教職體系人員。

長聘教授應(yīng)達到國內(nèi)外高水平大學長聘教授相當水平,在其研究領(lǐng)域獲得國際同行認可的學術(shù)成就,具有相當?shù)膰H知名度和影響力,在教學科研和人才培養(yǎng)等方面取得優(yōu)秀成績。

長聘副教授應(yīng)達到國內(nèi)外高水平大學長聘副教授相當水平,在學術(shù)方面取得原創(chuàng)性和重要成果,具有一定的國際知名度和影響力,在教學科研和人才培養(yǎng)等方面取得良好成績。

04“百人計劃”研究員 ZJU100 Young Professor 

任職要求

取得國內(nèi)外高水平大學博士學位,具有國際高水平大學助理教授或副教授相當學術(shù)水平;為所從事研究領(lǐng)域的青年拔尖人才,有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ瓌t上能獨立發(fā)展一個符合學科發(fā)展要求的學術(shù)方向;自然科學領(lǐng)域年齡一般在35周歲左右,人文社科領(lǐng)域年齡可適當放寬(原則上不超過40周歲)。

工作和生活待遇

· 薪酬待遇:提供有競爭力的薪酬和住房補貼;

· 住房資源:可租住學校教師公寓,晉升長聘教職后,如符合學校人才住房申購條件,可以優(yōu)惠價格申購人才住房一套;

· Housing: Assistance will be given to find suitable housing, with a temporary apartment provided. Welfare apartments can be purchased after the successful candidates receive the tenured position of ZJU.

05博士后研究人員 Postdoctoral Researcher  

任職要求

35周歲以下,近年內(nèi)獲得博士學位,品學兼優(yōu);具有良好的學術(shù)發(fā)展?jié)摿蛧H視野,能全職來校工作。

工作和生活待遇

· 有競爭力的薪酬待遇:學校與政府主管部門、各優(yōu)勢學科、合作導師、校地合作平臺等協(xié)同構(gòu)建博士后資助體系,實施分類資助,特別優(yōu)秀者應(yīng)發(fā)年薪在40萬元以上;

· 便利的生活保障:可租住學校教師公寓,提供完善的生活配套。繳納相應(yīng)事業(yè)養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療等社會保險,辦理子女入托等。出站留浙可享受當?shù)厝瞬耪撸?/p>

· 良好的科研平臺:課題組負責保障開展研究工作充足經(jīng)費及實驗條件,支持申報各類科研項目,支持參加國內(nèi)外學術(shù)會議;

· 靈活的在站時間:博士后研究人員在站時間由招收學院(系)、合作導師和博士后根據(jù)研究項目需要在2-4年內(nèi)靈活確定。

Requirements

· Applicants should be under the age of 35 with a doctorate degree obtained in recent years, excellent in personal qualities and academic performance, with good academic development potential and international vision, and able to work full-time at ZJU.

Remuneration and Benefits

· Competitive Salary: The university collaborates with relevant governmental departments, preponderant disciplines, supervisors, and university-local authoritative cooperation platforms to build a postdoctoral funding system and operates a tiered funding system for university-employed postdoctoral researchers. The annual salary for outstanding postdoctoral candidates may reach over 400,000 CNY.

· Guaranteed Living Benefits: Apartments with preferential rents and excellent living facilities are available; social insurance including endowment and medical insurance shall be covered; underage children of postdoctoral researchers are entitled to enter nurseries. Researchers who find jobs in Zhejiang after the postdoctoral program are entitled to local talent policies.

· Clear Career Development: Postdoctoral researchers who meet the requirements shall be recommended to apply for the national young talent programs and enjoy the priority to the application of university's teaching and research positions after completing the postdoctoral program. Postdoctoral researchers are eligible to apply for senior professional titles following their entry into the program for more than 2 years.

· Flexible Research Term: Postdoctoral researchers may negotiate with the recruiting department and supervisor to determine the contract period (2-4 years) within the scope of national policies according to the needs of the research project.

06專職研究員 Research Fellow

任職要求

38周歲以下,有高級職稱或人文社科領(lǐng)域不超過40周歲,具有博士學位以及良好的學術(shù)發(fā)展?jié)摿蛧H視野,能全職來校工作。

工作和生活待遇

· 有競爭力的薪酬:薪酬由聘用單位按科研任務(wù)協(xié)商確定,一人一議,經(jīng)費主要來源于科研項目,學校提供完善的社會保險;

· 便利的生活保障:可租住學校教師公寓,提供完善的生活配套;

· 良好的科研平臺:工作表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀、符合條件者,可應(yīng)聘學校“百人計劃”研究員、研究為主教師崗位。

Requirements

· Applicants should be under the age of 38 (applicants with senior professional title or in the fields of humanities and social sciences may be under the age of 40) with a doctorate degree obtained in recent years, excellent in personal qualities and academic performance, with good academic development potential and international vision, and able to work full-time at ZJU.

Remuneration and Benefits

· Competitive Remuneration: The salary is determined by the employer according to the scientific research task through negotiation. The funds mainly come from the scientific research projects with complete social insurance provided by the university.

· Convenient Living Facilities: Apartments with fully-equipped living facilities.

· Clear Career Development: Those who have excellent performance and meet the requirements may apply for the position of ZJU100 Young Professor and research faculty of the university.

01申請材料 Application Materials

1. 詳細個人簡歷:自本科開始至申請之日連續(xù)的學習、工作簡歷,發(fā)表的論文、著作目錄,主要教學、科研成績,承擔的科研項目、專利及獲獎情況等;

2. 三篇代表性論著;

3. 工作設(shè)想和未來研究計劃。

請將以上完整材料整合為單一PDF文檔,以“姓名+院系+學科方向+崗位”命名。發(fā)送至各院系(單位)聯(lián)系人(詳見附表)。除博士后研究人員和專職研究員外,請同步抄送浙江大學人才工作辦公室聯(lián)系郵箱(zju-hr@zju.edu.cn)。

1. Detailed resume: Resume of continuous study and work from the beginning of undergraduate studies to the date of application, published papers and work, major achievements in teaching and scientific research, research projects undertaken, patents and awards, etc.;

四、后續(xù)工作 After Submission

通過初審者會被邀請參加視頻面試或來杭交流,發(fā)送申請郵件后4周內(nèi)完成初審工作,6周內(nèi)未收到回復可認為是未通過初選。歡迎來電、來信垂詢。

Those who pass the preliminary screening will be invited to attend a video interview or come to Hangzhou for further communication.
