該專項(xiàng)依托杭州科創(chuàng)中心生物與分子智造平臺(tái)實(shí)施。平臺(tái)聚焦功能分子與材料精準(zhǔn)制備領(lǐng)域的關(guān)鍵科學(xué)和技術(shù)問(wèn)題,以高通量自動(dòng)化科學(xué)裝置為依托,結(jié)合機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)和大數(shù)據(jù)分析等手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)物質(zhì)創(chuàng)制和信息技術(shù)的深度融合,突破傳統(tǒng)科研范式,實(shí)現(xiàn)物質(zhì)精準(zhǔn)創(chuàng)制的顛覆性突破。平臺(tái)瞄準(zhǔn)國(guó)家重大戰(zhàn)略需求,依托長(zhǎng)三角區(qū)域領(lǐng)先的產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)、浙江大學(xué)雄厚的科研實(shí)力和科創(chuàng)中心的創(chuàng)新體制機(jī)制,打造國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先、國(guó)際先進(jìn)的前沿技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研發(fā)平臺(tái),推動(dòng)產(chǎn)學(xué)研深度融合發(fā)展。平臺(tái)由浙江大學(xué)化學(xué)工程與生物工程學(xué)院牽頭建設(shè),化學(xué)系、高分子系、材料學(xué)院、生命科學(xué)研究院等共同參與。平臺(tái)科研力量雄厚,聘請(qǐng)浙江大學(xué)楊立榮教授擔(dān)任首席科學(xué)家,領(lǐng)銜開展分子智造領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)研究。
一、重點(diǎn)引進(jìn)方向
深度融合自動(dòng)化科學(xué)裝置和人工智能技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)功能分子與材料的精準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)和合成,聚焦高端化學(xué)品、高性能聚合物和功能材料等領(lǐng)域的重大挑戰(zhàn),重點(diǎn)引進(jìn)如下研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者:
1、高通量自動(dòng)化科學(xué)裝置(系統(tǒng)整合、設(shè)備定制化、高通量分子材料合成技術(shù)、高通量分析技術(shù)、微流控等);
2、基于大數(shù)據(jù)與人工智能算法的分子/材料設(shè)計(jì)(深度學(xué)習(xí)、自然語(yǔ)言處理、知識(shí)圖譜、大數(shù)據(jù)分析與云計(jì)算、計(jì)算化學(xué)、分子模擬等);
3、有機(jī)小分子精準(zhǔn)合成;
4、高性能聚合物精準(zhǔn)制造;
5、分離材料理性設(shè)計(jì)與精準(zhǔn)構(gòu)建;
6、過(guò)程智能建模與精準(zhǔn)放大。
二、申報(bào)條件
1、具有遠(yuǎn)大學(xué)術(shù)志向、創(chuàng)新精神、較強(qiáng)科研能力和社會(huì)責(zé)任感;
2、年齡原則上不超過(guò)35周歲,特別優(yōu)秀者年齡可適當(dāng)放寬;
3、在國(guó)內(nèi)外頂尖高校或知名研究機(jī)構(gòu)獲得博士學(xué)位;
4、在化工、化學(xué)、高分子和材料等研究領(lǐng)域具有良好的學(xué)科背景、研究積累以及創(chuàng)新研究思路,有堅(jiān)實(shí)的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和較深的學(xué)術(shù)造詣;
5、具備作為獨(dú)立pi開展研究工作的能力;
6、有相關(guān)領(lǐng)域院士或國(guó)際知名專家推薦的,優(yōu)先考慮。
三、待遇及保障條件
1、提供有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬保障(一人一議);
2、為入選者及其團(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供人才公寓,符合條件者可享受杭州科創(chuàng)中心人才房政策;
3、提供首期(3年)300-500萬(wàn)元左右的經(jīng)費(fèi)資助(可持續(xù)滾動(dòng)資助);
4、提供150m2左右辦公實(shí)驗(yàn)空間;
5、提供“專人一站式”服務(wù),共享科研平臺(tái)大型儀器設(shè)備;
6、符合條件的人才可享受杭州市和蕭山區(qū)相應(yīng)的人才政策;
7、入選者中科研業(yè)績(jī)突出且符合浙江大學(xué)人才標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的,可推薦聘至浙江大學(xué)。

-recruiting researchers in intelligent molecule and material discovery
zju-hangzhou global scientific and technological innovation center (hic) is a world-class and future-oriented r&d center, jointly established by zhejiang university and hangzhou government. hic’s mission is to build an open and collaborative international innovation hub in the yangtze river delta region that integrates chemistry, materials science, information technology, and life science. to build a world-class research team, the hic has launched a new recruitment program: "young talent plan”.
"young talent plan – intelligent molecule and material discovery” program invites applicants for principal investigator positions in the biological and molecular intelligent manufacturing institute. the institute is committed to tackling fundamental and technological challenges in the discovery of advanced molecules and materials for next-generation applications. the team will combine the state-of-the-art automated high-throughput experimentation facilities (chemfoundry) and artificial intelligence to synergistically accelerate multidisciplinary research, including organic synthesis, functional polymers, porous materials for separation and catalysis, and process scale-up. supported by the strong chemical industry in the yangtze river delta region, and the r&d capabilities of zhejiang university, the institute aims at becoming a world-leading innovation platform.
1. research areas
the institute aims at integrating high-throughput experimentation facilities and artificial intelligence to address grant challenges in medicine, specialty chemicals, functional polymers, and advanced materials. applicants with the following research experience will be preferred, while other relevant areas will also be considered.
(1) high-throughput experimentation technology (system integration, customized synthesis or analysis apparatus, and microfluidics);
(2) molecule or material design based on artificial intelligence (deep learning, natural language processing, knowledge graph, big data and cloud computing, computational chemistry, and molecular dynamics);
(3) small molecule synthesis;
(4) functional polymers;
(5) porous materials for separations;
(6) process simulation and scale-up.
2. qualifications
(1) strong research background, strong motivation in academic/technological career;
(2) less than 35 years of age, which can be appropriately relaxed for particularly outstanding applicants;
(3) ph.d. degree awarded by a well-known university or research institute;
(4) solid academic background and research experience in the field of chemical engineering, chemistry, material science, and computer science;
(5) ability to conduct research work independently as pi;
(6) letters of recommendation. applicants recommended by academicians or internationally renowned experts will be considered in priority.
3. offer packages

(3) besides the funding support from the central and local government, the institute will additionally provide start-up research funding with a minimum of 3-5 million rmb for 3 years (renewable with good performance);
