工作職責(zé)
* Meets or exceeds individual sales target set by the company through
scientific product promotion to key customers通過(guò)向重點(diǎn)客戶(hù)進(jìn)行科學(xué)的產(chǎn)品推廣完成公司設(shè)定的個(gè)人銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)
* Acts to meet customer expectations by sustaining regular contact,
demonstrating proficiency in product knowledge and delivery of scientific
services in order to build superior relationships with key stakeholders

* Organizes scientific lectures and prepares speaker contracts 組織科學(xué)講座并準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)合同
* Organizes roundtable meetings to facilitate scientific discussions among
key experts in the assigned sales area組織圓桌會(huì)議以促進(jìn)在指定銷(xiāo)售區(qū)域核心專(zhuān)家間的科學(xué)討論
* Assists the Marketing Department to promote the organization of regional
meetings and assists the supervisor to complete bidding procedures and health
services協(xié)助市場(chǎng)部門(mén)促進(jìn)地區(qū)會(huì)議的組織并協(xié)助主管完成招標(biāo)程序和健康服務(wù)
* Provides accurate market information feedback and updates information in
various databases, including the daily documentation of his/her activities in
the CRM system提供準(zhǔn)確的市場(chǎng)信息反饋并更新包括其在CRM系統(tǒng)中活動(dòng)的日常文檔在內(nèi)的不同數(shù) 據(jù)庫(kù)的信息
* Participates in special projects such as major promotions, new product
launches, and new marketing initiatives參加特殊項(xiàng)目,如:大型促銷(xiāo)活動(dòng),推出新產(chǎn)品和新的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)舉措
* Ensures his/her individual actions are aligned with Bayer’s LIFE values,

任職要求
* University degree and above, major in Medicine 大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷,醫(yī)藥學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)
* One year ( /-) of working experience in pharmaceutical sales 藥品銷(xiāo)售一年左右工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
* Knowledge of products, market place, and customer base 掌握產(chǎn)品、市場(chǎng)和客戶(hù)群相關(guān)知識(shí)
* Good business sensitivity, learning ability and sales skills
